GM Luke was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and had the most patience with us during our first walk-through at the store. He's an expert in this field and it really shows. The rest of the staff was friendly as well (shoutout to Laura), thank you for welcoming us and making sure we were taken care of (drinks, phone charging). We loved our experience at Diamonds Direct!!

Me and my fiancé Derek stopped in for wedding bands and we were paired up with Enrique. He was amazing to work with! A super personable guy who made the process easy, exciting and special! We got my engagement ring here as well and it was never a question to go anywhere else for our bands!

I had such a great experience at Diamond Direct working with Enrique! He was incredibly patient, personable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants them to feel comfortable and confident in their decisions. I highly recommend asking for Enrique if you visit Diamond Direct — outstanding customer service all around! Recommend diamond direct to anybody!!

Deena, the jeweler saved my ring. I tool my ring into the Columbus location to be resize and left it for a week. We had it made with substantial width and thickness on purpose. It was returned to me as an absolute mess. I was told to take it to the Cleveland store to have them fix it... And they would know I was coming. They did not. Tbey took me with no advance notice and fixed my ring in two hours. She's still not perfect, but you'd have to stare at her shank to notice. I was nearly in tears in their store and I was talked down by someone who isn't customer facing and then she 100% followed through with what she said she was going to do. Idk about purchasing jewelry with this company. Their reviews are good. However, I'd absolutely take my ring back here to be repaired.

My experience with Diamonds Direct was absolutely amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Luke helped me find a ring that was exactly what I was looking for and even did his best to keep it in my price range. I would 100% recommend Diamonds Direct to anyone who wants exceptional customer service and want to fee cared for when making a big decision!

On a recommendation, we visited Diamonds Direct. We were greeted by the receptionist, offered a beverage, and proceeded into the showroom. We met Laura a sales manager, and began our search. After looking, questioning, and brainstorming Laura introduced us to the jeweler who would be doing the work. Deanna was amazing and was able to help us visualize how our piece would look. Both of us felt confident in making the decision to proceed. We just went earlier this week to pick up the finished piece. Oh my goodness it was better than I had hoped. Deanna did amazing artistic finishing touches that made the new integrate with the old. Not an easy task. We cannot tell you how wonderful our experience was from contacting the original sales professional, Miracle, to meeting Laura who filled in when Miracle wasn’t available, to meeting and discussing our options with Deanna. I told my husband that this was the first place I felt that didn’t try to sell me but rather show me the possibilities. Those possibilities turned in a treasure. Thank you Diamonds Direct.

Would like to compliment three employees from your BEACHWOOD store. Lisa, Enrique and Manuel truly know the meaning of customer service. With a diamond watch repair that at first looked like a “no go” turned into a “we can”. The repair was perfectly done and I was so grateful that I can wear it as it use to look. All of your employees that have approached me have been very nice. I have also worked with Craig Benson and bought two beautiful pieces from him. See picture of my watch and ring below. We were at the hunt for my wedding band for several weeks and I had gone to several places and just couldn’t find any place that had anything close to what I was looking for or my idea in mind. We happened to be in the area and decided one day to stop in and just look. Wow, am I so glad we did. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, everyone was fantastic and so helpful. We had the best experience here and would highly recommend anyone shopping for bands, engagement rings or any jewelry. They had more options than I have ever seen in a showroom and such a beautiful variety of all different styles to look at. Enrique and Laura helped us find the most stunning wedding band to accent my engagement ring. They were so excited for us and just made the whole experience so memorable! We could not recommend Diamonds Direct enough.

Excellent jewelery buying experience...especially if you work with Craig. I bought an engagement ring here for my fiance and we came back to get our wedding bands as well. Craig was very knowledgeable and helpful with applying any pressure. We have also been back a couple times for help with resizing and that take care of us quickly. I will not shop anywhere else. Men: I looked at a couple stores and Diamonds Direct by far has the best selection of men's wedding bands. Most stores have maybe a half case for men with maybe 30-40 rings...here they have a whole row of cases with hundreds from many different makers. From gold, to tantalum and other metals, and even some exotic stuff like meteorite.
